Known
problems
There are some peculiarities or
problems with BeeHive which we know about and are working to
solve. Here you will find a list of issues and instructions how to cope with
them.
-
[2002-06-24]: If you run a
query with a structure as a result column and the query
returns no rows, BeeHive crashes. We expect Molsoft to fix
this soon.
-
When pasting multiple rows
into the list editor, the fist element pasted may be lost.
-
When deleting rows from a
list or in the update data module, first left-click
on the row, then right-click and select 'Delete row' from
the pop-up menu.
Otherwise, the current row with the blue rectangle marker
will be deleted.
-
Don't attempt to sort your
query results by the structure column.
-
Don't try to apply any sorting
to the result pane of the query builder.
-
Structures can't be
exported to Excel. If you have Accord for Excel, you
can save the results to an SD file and import it into
Accord.
-
If BeeHive stops
responding, right-click the BeeHive icon in the
Windows task bar and select "Close" from the
pop-up menu. Then start over again.
-
To copy text from the bee
terminal window (lower pane, hidden by default), right-click and select
copy. Pressing Ctrl-C will not work.
-
If you apply grouping to a
query which retrieves results from multiple tables,
"COUNT" and "STDDEV" columns may show
incorrect values.
