To download the latest XPDB database and XPDB-mini, right-click on each link below
and choose "Save target as .." to save the files in a temporary
directory on your local hard drive .

Linux / SGI
Unzip the downloaded files with the following commands in a terminal window:
cd $ICMHOME/data/xpdb
unzip path_to_downloaded_file/xpdb.zip
unzip path_to_downloaded_file/xpdb-mini.zip
Note: the unzip utility should be installed on your system before. Ask your system administrator
for assistance if unzip command was not found.
Windows
Make sure that you have an unzip application on your computer such as
WinZip
or Info-Zip (free multiplatform unzip utility).
2. Unzip the downloaded files to the subdirectory data\xpdb in your ICMHOME directory.
If you did not change the default location during the installation
of ICM, the path to the xpdb database should be
"C:\Program Files\Molsoft LLC\ICM\data\xpdb"

You do not need to install any additional software to unpack zip files.
Just open the folder that contains the downloaded files. Right-click on the name or
icon of file that you want to extract; choose "Extract All ..." from the menu that appears
and follow the instructions. When the "Extraction Wizard" asks you to select a destination
folder, click "Browse..." and choose the subdirectory data\xpdb in your ICMHOME directory.
Use the folder "C:\Program Files\Molsoft LLC\ICM\data\xpdb" in case you did not change the
default location of ICM during the installation.
